Tests and compares the transmittance and the reflectance of the AgS inorganic photochromic glass under different irradiance and irradiation time. The results show that the inorganic photochromic glass’ visible transmittance increases to a stable value with the irradiation time growth, while there is no significant correlation between irradiance and related parameters. Calculates the shading coefficient of the inorganic photochromic glass under different irradiation time, and fits an empirical formula between irradiation time and shading coefficient. The maximum reduction of the shading coefficient can reach 11.3%, with the increase of irradiation time, it gradually increases and tends to be stable, but it is always less than the shading coefficient before irradiation.
